Please note there are two clinic locations. Mondays in Silverlake & Thursdays and Fridays in Atwater.

I am currently in-network with Cigna PPO and HMO, and out-of-network with all major insurance providers. If you would like to check your insurance benefits, please email me with your insurance card and birth date prior to your first visit. I accept all major credit cards, Zelle, and HSA/FSA.
